Sentira provides AI-assisted sentiment analysis, theme detection, and call transcript analysis for customer and beneficiary feedback. Features may change as the product evolves, particularly during the beta period.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate details and are responsible for the feedback content your organization connects.
Review before you rely on it. Sentiment scores, theme groupings, and digest summaries are generated by AI and provided as decision-support. Sentira does not guarantee the accuracy of any score or summary, and your team is responsible for reviewing flagged items before acting on them.
Beta access may be provided free of charge. Paid plans, when introduced, will be described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the feedback content you connect and the reports you generate. Sentira retains all rights to the platform, software, and models. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of Sentira will detect every instance of urgent or negative feedback.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentira Labs Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
