Your feedback data is yours. Each organization's data is isolated in its own workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one organization's data to train models shared with another.
Feedback content may contain personal information about your customers or beneficiaries. You are responsible for having the appropriate basis to collect and process that content before connecting it to Sentira. We apply role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege practices across our infrastructure.
Sentiment scoring, theme detection, and speech-to-text are performed by AI models running on our secured cloud infrastructure. Scores and summaries are decision-support, not a final determination — your team should review flagged items before acting on them.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
